  • What does purchasing a Pay-it-Forward mean?

    This money to help pay for Kona Ice cups for any students that might not have something pre-paid for by the day of our event. Think of it as a random act of kindness that may be used for a child in your child's classroom or school.

  • How Do I Start a Kona Pre-Pay Event?

    It's simple. Click the Find a Kona button above to find a list of our Kona Ice locations. Find your nearest truck and submit a Booking Request Form. Your local franchisee will then be able to confirm booking availability and determine if Kona Ice Pre-Pay is a good fit for your event!

  • How Do I Know If My Order Was Successful?

    As soon as you place a Kona Ice Pre-Pay order, you'll receive an email letting you know that your order was successful and that your payment was successfully processed. If you don't receive an email, it may be in your Junk/Spam folder. If you still have questions about your order, please reach out to your local truck.

  • How Do I Cancel an Order?

    Please reach out to your local truck to determine available refund options.
